Natasha Mitchell spoke with Colette Kealy and James Glass, two Irish vets who have a strong interest and expertise in mental health, to discuss the growing mental health crisis in the industry, their experiences and how we can help ourselves and those around us to acknowledge problems and get the supports that they need.
