    In this episode of the Treasury of Solomon podcast, we look at Proverbs 3:5. Proverbs 3:5 says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." We look at the difference that trusting in the Lord makes and how we do it with all our heart. We look at what 'with all our heart' really entails and how we can lean not on our own understanding, choosing rather to lean on God and on His Word. Trusting can be hard sometimes but we see why it's necessary and the difference having God's guidance as an active part of our life will make for us.

We also look at the importance of having good understanding and what makes it 'good'. We then look at how we find it and the importance of finding these things instead of acquiring them some other way. We can find favor and good understanding, they can be our's today if we take God at His Word and follow His commands.

If we're born again and have given our lives to Jesus, we too are righteous and good, not because of anything we've done ourselves but because of what Jesus did for us and all the benefits of this verse belong to us today!
