  • Interview: Jean Trimbach of Maison F.E. Trimbach in Alsace
    Jun 11 2016

Jean is part of the 12th generation of Trimbachs to make wine from these classified vineyards since 1626. Pierre Trimbach (Jean's brother) is the winemaker who focuses his effort on making wine in the tradition that was handed down to him from generation to generation. Following our interview I got taste through the line of wines which focus heavily on Riesling (40% or production) but also includes Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.
