She wants to rejuvenate the Morrisville Economy and get something for the local area. She's definitely got the drive and passion. The food and philosophy have all the things going for it. Its a great place for a meal or to Purchase New York State goods. The business is growing and changing and They want your input. This is a great episode and was tons of fun.
