Honesty and transparency of host and her guests. Very authentic with no barriers

Loved the sharing of life moments. Could not agree more about protecting your nervous system. So key to navigating changing environments and relationships. You were right Ali, I will listen to the podcast several more times to get all the nuggets. New to the podcasts, have a lot to catch up on.
