Joining Milian is multiple Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter Harvey Levin, who serves as the series’ host and legal reporter. He took him to the hospital, but the man caused extensive car damage, so he’s suing for the repairs. The defendant says the careless plaintiff is the one who hit him, not the other way around. Then, the plaintiff purchased a stove from the defendants, but it had a dangerous gas leak, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants argue the plaintiff tested the stove and everything was fine. Plus, the plaintiff hired the defendant to replace her transmission, but he screwed her car up, so she’s suing. The defendant says he gave the plaintiff a one-year, 12,000-mile warranty, but she brought the car back to him 19 days and 13,474 miles after her warranty expired.
