Hello. We have a new podcast that you may be interested in (if our five or so subs are still about). The Media Mega Rumble is our new venture, the concept is to let films, TV, video games, characters, whathaveyou step into the ring and battle it out wrestling PPV style to see who is the best.
This is our first episode - Battle of the Batmen. This is where every live-action Batman on film steps into the tournament to see who emerges as the "Best Batman Ever champion!"
Media Mega Rumble will eventually have its own feeds everywhere you get your podcasts, but in the meantime, give this a listen and see what you think. If you like it, the good news is we have episodes coming up about every phase of the MCU, First Person Shooters, The Terminator franchise and David Lynch (RIP.) So, it's never been a better time to subscribe! Join Us!!

It's time for the fight of our lives. We have done the research, prepared ourselves, and postponed the recording of this five times. Now, it's finally here! Who is the best modern auteur between Quentin Tarantino and Paul Thomas Anderson?
From Reservoir Dogs and Boogie Nights to There Will Be Blood, The Master and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. We discuss the films, the performances, the cultural impact, and the entertainment value in three rounds, during which we decide once and for all who is the best of these modern master filmmakers.
Strap in...this is going to be EPIC.

There was a plan—a plan to do a new topic episode that spanned 18 films. Predictably, we ran out of time, so instead, here is a round-up of what we have been watching, playing, or reading. It includes the existential dread reflected in The Boys season 4, the horror of Longlegs, Maxxxine, and Pearl, the genius of Letterkenny, and an ideal entry point into the seminal manga/anime Berserk. Plus some horror books and mullets.
