  • Never Encourage a Bad Day
    Feb 10 2025

This episode is about how we typically talk more about stuff that we don’t like and that don’t make us feel good as opposed to talk about the things that bring us a lot of joy. Have you ever spent time with someone that has had a bad day? They will talk about how bad the day has been with all the enthusiasm and detail there is. The same person will have a good day and it will be expressed with less emotion and a shorter duration. Let’s flip the script.

  • Classroom on Wheels
    Feb 9 2025

This is an episode, exposing all the extra time that individuals have in the day. Is also about having triggers to encourage us to do the important things first and reward ourselves later. Sounds like delayed gratification. The majority of us, especially young people look for the reward first and then do the work with whatever energy and time is left. This is an encouragement to use the reward after you have done something productive.

  • Do it Daily
    Feb 8 2025

This is an episode about the importance of repetition. I heard a quote one time that talked about the importance of our routines and daily activities. The quote says something to the effect of if it’s important enough to do it once then it’s important to do it every day. This was something that was quoted by Grant Cardone. It stuck with me because they are so many things that we are committed to doing on the daily basis because they are important, but there’s so many important things that we don’t commit to doing daily. If we commit to doing more important things daily, we will be unrecognizable in ayears time.

  • Stop Scrolling, Start Building
    Feb 6 2025

Have you ever noticed what happens between sets at the gym? Instead of using that time to stretch, focus, or prepare for the next lift, many people are glued to their phones—mindlessly scrolling, swiping, and consuming. It’s almost as if the workout is the interruption, and the real event is whatever is happening on their screen.

But here’s the hard truth: this habit isn’t just in the gym—it’s in our daily lives. Are we actively creating the life we want, or are we just consuming whatever comes our way? Are we intentional about building our dreams, or are we letting distractions steal our best energy?

This episode is a call to action. It’s time to shift from passive consumption to active creation. Whether it’s in homeschooling, family life, or personal growth, your results will reflect where you invest your time. Are you ready to take control?
