The Book of the Dead

By: Courtney Liso
  • Summary

  • A weekly true crime podcast, hosted by a mother and daughter, striving to be the voices of those who can no longer speak for themselves. The inspiration behind the Book of the Dead is to shed light on cases and victims that have gone, more or less unnoticed by the media and in other podcasts, instead of focusing on more famous or sensationalized cases, the Book of the Dead does what it can to put focus on the the ones that are more obscure. Join Courtney and Lisa every Sunday for a new case and join them on a journey to get justice for those that have been waiting far too long for it.

Excellent Podcast!

I just finished binging on all the episodes of this podcast and I love this mother/daughter team and I love the information they provide. They work as a great tag team, with Courtney telling the stories expertly and Lisa interjecting with all the things that we’re thinking while we listen and want to shout out as we listen. Each chapter is well researched and well presented. I can’t wait for more chapters!
