  • lost in life and literally on a map!!!!
    Feb 13 2025

Happy Valentine’s (and Galentine’s) Day! This week, I’m sharing all the chaos, laughs, and unhinged thoughts from my life lately—starting with yet another blonde moment that proves I still don’t know my geography (shocker). I also went to a comedy show with my parents, thinking it would be family-friendly… spoiler: it was not, and I wanted to crawl out of my skin the entire time. I went a Galentine’s party and, of course, had to bring my favorite Kaxi Co hair accessories. Plus, I got to experience How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days in theaters, which felt so nostalgic—even though I was literally two when it came out. Oh, and we have to talk about the Super Bowl, the Kendrick controversy, and why I’m so happy the Eagles won!

But beyond all the fun, I get real about my anxiety being extra high this week, even though I can’t pinpoint why. If you’ve been feeling off too, just know you’re not alone. I also open up about my struggles with food and feeling stuck between knowing I need to eat more but also having a toxic relationship with tracking. To end, I share a short fictional story written from the perspective of my daughter in heaven—reminding me (and maybe you) to take care of ourselves so we can be the healthiest versions of us.

  • WHERE EVEN IS ALASKA?!
    Feb 6 2025

In this episode of The Blonde Hour, I cover everything from pop culture drama—like Kanye and his wife at the Grammys—to wild news about plane crashes. I share my excitement about my upcoming Nashville trip and vent about my ongoing beef with my landlord over the horrific parking situation at my apartment complex.

My blonde moment of the week? Not knowing where Alaska is (but hey, someone wrote in and said they didn’t either, so I’m not alone!).

The real highlight, though, is celebrating ONE YEAR out of my toxic job! Not sober, but definitely thriving. I reflect on how proud last-year-Molly would be and encourage anyone stuck in a toxic work environment to save their mental health and move on if they can.

Of course, there’s plenty of rambling, laughs, and unfiltered chaos along the way. Grab your drink and join me!

  • OVERREACTING IS MY MIDDLE NAME
    Jan 30 2025

In this episode, I’m kicking off talking about how excited I am for the love month vibes! I dive into the Bachelor Drama. Grants season and all of the girls this season. BUT wow, Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell called it quits???? The scandal surrounding their breakup is wild. Plus, I got live updates about a plane crash in Washington, DC, which made things even more chaotic.

But the real heart of this episode? Reddit’s Am I Overreacting thread. I read some wild stories, give my unfiltered opinions, and let’s just say… some men? Deserve jail time.

Spoiler alert: I’m not holding back. Buckle up for some hot takes!
