Thank you, Brandon, for this interview with David. Everything you two have talked about in this episode is impacting my life right now in a huge way. I recently bought my 1st investment property, and it's not cash flowing as I would like it to be. However, it's a good property in a good location. Still, I doubt myself almost every day wondering if I made the right decision because there's no cash flow. But what David said in this episode is keeping me positive and hopeful for the future, so thank you.
