9 Promises in the Talk
1. Temple Promises: President Nelson promises that "Every sincere seeker of Jesus Christ will find Him in the temple." He assures that in the temple, individuals will feel Christ's mercy, find answers to vexing questions, and better comprehend the joy of His gospel

3. Divine Protection: Quoting Jesus Christ, President Nelson reiterates the promise of divine protection: "I will be on your right hand and on your left, and my Spirit shall be in your hearts, and mine angels round about you, to bear you up"
