  • Summary

  • Are you a working mom who is stressed out by trying to find time to fit it all in? Do you wish that you could be more present with your children? Desperate for time to think about what you need but don’t ever get there? Financial pressure keeping you stuck in this cycle? I am thrilled that you are here! This is the podcast for moms who are managing it all. Build your resilience so that you can overcome the overwhelm and be more productive at work and present at home. Learn healthy habits that will boost your productivity and decrease your stress so that you can balance a job you love and a family you love even more. Hey, I’m Charlotte - wellbeing coach, mum and wife who works because I love my job. I was living the chaotic, distracted life of working a full day, while also managing the emotional and mental load of being a mum - trying to make sure that everyone’s needs were met, while forgetting about my own. I was tired of feeling the ’mom guilt’ of having a job I love knowing that it took emotional energy away from my family. I finally realised that if I was going to enjoy my work and my journey of motherhood, I needed to set boundaries and make choices that would make me feel more in control, healthier and happier so that I could be the coach and the mum I wanted to be. I created a resilience plan that fits ME. A way of being that allows me to ride the waves of life with calm, peace and confidence so that I can focus better, be present and enjoy the moment while also finding some me time in amongst the noise. And I am ready to share it with you! If you’re ready to feel less stressed, be more organised and productive at work so you can be more present at home and in the relationships that are most dear to you, then this podcast is for you! So, put away your laptop, close the bathroom door and let’s dig in!

As working moms, we are all after more balance. But when you think about balance, what does it mean to you? Is it two sides of a scale? Or is it balancing on a beam?

While we spend a lot of time desperately trying to find balance, I believe that there is only one way to truly create balance in your life and I talk about it in this episode today.

  • 58 | Why You Struggle to Be Consistent
    Sep 3 2024

How often have you ‘decided’ that today/this month/this year you are going to do something and you are going to stick to it?

And by lunch time or within a week or a month, you realise that you are doing exactly what you said you weren’t going to do or you are not doing what you said you were going to do? You are not alone! Being consistent is hard for all of us and especially for us as working moms. But I want to tell you that it is NOT about willpower. It is not that you don’t have the willpower. And I also want to tell you that you CAN be consistent.

Listen to this episode to find out how!
