  • The men in Ezra, Haggai, and Nehemiah, were men who had been commissioned to work. This is no different than the saints of the body of Christ today, who have been commissioned by God and put to work in His Kingdom. Along the way, we may encounter varying degrees of opposition to the work. But it’s important for us to realize that the opposition we face in building His Kingdom is actually what certifies our efforts as Godly, because we’re following in the footsteps of our Messiah. This means there’s one thing to do. GET TO WORK! He is with us!The affection of the Lord is found while you are working together with Him building up His house.
