• Speaking from Silence Episode 3: Who am I?
    Feb 13 2025

Ramana Maharshi gave us a transmission of silence.Ramana woke up in 1896 at the age of 16, and spent the rest of his life radiating his realization. He gave us the question “Who am I?” – a question that is a gateway into realizing the truth. The gift of this question, and the flavour of this inquiry, takes away everything that is imagined. It has been passed down from Ramana to Papaji to Eli Jaxon-Bear, and now through the Leela School of Awakening to us.Now we share it with you: Who is the one who is doing something? How can we find the source of ourselves?Who am I?What do you find when you don’t already know?Intro music is by Jonas and Maeve's classmate Franz Peters and his band What Matters the Most, song title “Mahaya."

  • Speaking from Silence Episode 2: Deep fulfillment and the path of self-reflection
    Feb 6 2025

Where can we find fulfillment? How can we experience peace and sincere rest when circumstances aren’t perfect? This episode points to a path of self-reflection where you can become conscious of your own reaction, and not create any further reactions out of that. Just being aware of a desire for grasping, there’s an opportunity to stop. In stopping, it might bring up more intense emotions. The word “love” points to something invisible and quite obvious -- a quiet, steady, unconditional presence. It doesn’t matter what’s happening on the outside. Love includes everything. Love is fulfillment. Whether your life is falling into place, or falling apart, what’s the experience if you say yes to what you are experiencing internally? If you stop needing yourself to be different? What if you embrace yourself as you are in the middle of everything? Intro music is by Jonas and Maeve's classmate Franz Peters and his band What Matters the Most, song title “Mahaya."

    Feb 6 2025

What does “Speaking from Silence” mean, and what does it have to offer ordinary people?

Spoiler: It’s about discovering inner peace that’s here right now, underneath everything.

A big exhale comes with the end of separation, putting down everything, and letting the lens of experience widen.

In this episode, we ask, “what’s holding me?… and am I really separate from the experience of what’s wider?” and, “What’s more loving than letting yourself be exactly as you are?”

May these questions invite us all deeper into ourselves.

Yes to being natural in the middle of ordinary life.

Intro music is by Jonas and Maeve's classmate Franz Peters and his band What Matters the Most, song title “Mahaya."
