Dr. Foubert serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, one of the nation’s leading organizations working to end sexual exploitation. He is an interdisciplinary scholar with over 50 peer-reviewed publications. The author of 11 books, he has also testified before Congress and has been called upon by the White House and all 4 branches of the military for his expertise.
