Today’s Happy Hour Special: Dark and Stormy Recipe: Food and Wine Ingredients: • 2 ounces dark rum • 1/2 ounce lime juice • Ice • 3 ounces ginger beer • 1 candied ginger slice • 1 lime wheel Instructions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add rum and lime juice, and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and stir in the ginger beer. Skewer the ginger slice and lime wheel and garnish. Enjoy! Take a martini glass and wet the rim with either a lemon half or water. Dip the rim of the glass in the sugar for a nice coating around the rim. Add the ice cubes, simple syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake together for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the martini glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
