We’re joined by Jenn Chow, an Authenticity + Joy Coach specifically for Asian American and LGBTQIA+ communities, whose journey toward finding her authentic self inspired the creation of CHOW Coaching — in support of women removing the “mask” and living a life of authenticity, joy, and freedom.  

Jenn shares her own coming out story, and how challenges within a relationship helped her find coaching. She also explains the significance of being the role model she needed as a child, a mental check in exercise called shadow boxing, and why it’s important to be authentic in both business and life (and why a coach can be a great step to getting there!).
