• Ep 147: A Special Tribute: Joel Godi of NeuroGifted® on Neurodiversity
    Oct 24 2024

On June 8, last year, on Episode 115, we had had a very special guest on this podcast – Joel Godi. The social psychologist, social entrepreneur and coach, whose life changed after discovering that he was neurodivergent, ADHD & Autistic (ASD1) in his early 40s, had been on a mission ever since to improve the quality of life of the neurodivergent community. Through his company NeuroGifted®, Joel worked tirelessly to create awareness and education, give voice to the neurodivergent community through advocacy, improve employability, help support neurodiversity initiatives and create value for individuals and organizations.

On October 7 this year, the world lost a true gem of a person with Joel’s sudden demise.

The Shiny Happy People podcast is committed now more than ever to take Joel’s legacy and his work on neuro-diversity to more people – we bring you this re-release of Vinay’s conversation with Joel from Episode 115 as a tribute to an extraordinary human being who touched the lives of many, many people, and more than that, gave a new meaning to their existence.

Rest in peace, Joel, you are sorely missed.
