    On this week's The Ability Show with Adrianne Murphy, Agri Aware has launched a new health campaign, called ‘Sowing Wellbeing in Every Field’, which aims to raise awareness on physical health, mental health and farm safety among the farming community, and has been created with the support of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. It includes three videos in which young farmers share their stories of overcoming their own physical and mental health journeys. Adrianne is joined here by Michael Cleary of Agri Aware to talk about the campaign and one of the farmers, Andrew Bonham who tells his own mental health story to try end the stigma and to let people know that there is help available.
