Huzzah Agnes!!
I could not help but to feel vicariously the protaginist's (I hope that is spelled correctly) emotions. That may be a trigger
sometimes but to recognize a work of art you have to feel it,not just listen, read, view it. If every element of it ties together
it sings out and grabs you. This puritanical part of my possible ancestors has always angered me but it exists all the same.
I am from North Carolina and sad to say there are still (in 2025) places up here in these mountains where that clanish,
fanatical scourge still thres. The music as well was spot on. Gave me chills and held me in my place until the story
started. And John Carpenter! What an honor to work with him you must have felt. Sorry for the wordiness. I was raised
by strong women. Even in fiction I know one when I hear one!

Really good!
I loved the story, voices, all of it! It's gory and gross and it's just too bad it wasn't longer.

Very Good short story
It was a unique story and performed very well. Although on the shorter side, I thoroughly enjoyed it!
