• The Power of Unplugging
    Mar 9 2025

In this episode, I share the transformative power of unplugging—stepping away from the internet for four days, finding clarity, and realizing the importance of working smarter, not harder. I also discovered a hidden treasure, Pur Vida coffee shop, where connection and nourishment go beyond just food and coffee. But just as I thought my reset was complete, life asked me to slow down even more—I got sick and had to surrender to deep rest.

Join me as I reflect on the lessons of sacred pauses, honoring our energy, and the wisdom our bodies hold. Take a breath, settle in, and let’s explore the beauty of slowing down. ✨

  • Burnout To Sovereignty with Missy
    Feb 21 2025

Missy is a 500-hour certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with credentials from the World Yoga Federation. After years as a medical freedom activist, she stepped away to integrate, heal, and transition from reaction to creation. She now helps others reclaim their energy and move from burnout to sovereignty through yoga, meditation, and holistic practices.

Missy’s yoga journey began as a way to relieve back pain, but in 2017, she felt a deep calling to study more seriously, even applying for a passport to train in Rishikesh, India. Life had other plans, and in 2020, during a transformative time, she enrolled in Yogamu Institute’s teacher training. A year later, she earned her 500-hour yoga and meditation certifications; 500 CYT and 500 CMT.

Rooted in the 8-limbed path of Patanjali, Missy’s practice is a living embodiment of non-violence, truthfulness, purity, and devotion—a path that ultimately leads to union with the Divine. She believes yoga is more than postures; it’s a way of being, a practice of aligning body, mind, and spirit with the energy of creation, the universe, and the God of one’s heart.

In 2023, Missy relocated from Indianapolis to rural North Carolina, where she now lives in a camper with her partner and two dogs. Together, they enjoy growing their own food, learning animal husbandry with their chickens, bunnies, and goats, and welcoming fellow travelers to the land. While they have electricity, satellite internet, and well water, they hope to incorporate solar, wind, and rainwater collection to enhance their sustainable lifestyle. Their goal is to expand accommodations for overlanders, camper vans, and tent campers, creating a sanctuary for those seeking simplicity and connection with nature.

By day, Missy and her partner fund their adventures by installing custom window treatments in some of the most stunning homes they’ve ever seen. At heart, she remains a dedicated yogini, teacher, and storyteller, committed to spreading love, joy, and wisdom wherever life takes her.
