  • MOEvement 2024 - Felicity Rose Sunderland Hall: Overcoming anxiety and living the life I want
    Feb 11 2025

In the following episodes, MOE Podventures will broadcast the MOEvement Conference 2024 talks. If you'd prefer to see the video version of these talks, please visit our YouTube channel.

Overcoming anxiety and living the life I want

For a variety of reasons, Felicity was unable and scared to ask herself what she truly wanted from her life. At the age of 23, she had a burnout and breakdown. Only then did she allow myself to even begin to think of what she wanted her life to be like. The main inspiration she had for this talk is what she would have loved to have been able to tell herself at the start of her coaching journey. A talk about giving ourselves the opportunity, space, permission & gift to ask ‘what do we really really want?’
