• 03 TSC Jan 25 Kumasi | Grace And Faith
    Feb 1 2025

Love is God’s essence. Hence, He has made provision (grace) available for man in every regard. In order to lay hold of this provision, man must be spiritually transformed (i.e. battle sin) in order to acquire an internal knowledge (spiritual understanding/revelation) of God. This new understanding is the realm of faith by which a man is able to access his sure inheritance (provision) in Christ Jesus. Thus, by faith, man is able to access grace and will lack no good thing.

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates how the riches of God made available by Grace can be accessed through Faith in our understanding. He shows the process by which sin is removed from our hearts, so that we can gain a new understanding, which admits real faith in God. Finally, he reveals that God's desire for us is to be caught up (raptured) into a higher realm of spiritual understanding, and to live from that higher revelation of wisdom.

In this episode, “Grace and Faith”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter expounds on the true meaning of grace and faith. He demonstrates how man obtains faith by the revelation of truth in his interior understanding (interior mind), consequently benefiting from God’s grace (provision). He emphasizes the surety of God's provision because it is backed by two (2) immutable things: the promise and the oath. Finally, he admonishes that one’s spiritual progress should not be measured by one’s estimation of the transformation of their heart, but rather by how much truth one can retain in his inner understanding, and thus, believe God concerning His promises.

    Key Scripture: Hebrews 6:18-19 (KJV)

18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: 19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil.

  • 02 TSC Jan 25 Kumasi | Spiritual Fermentation
    Jan 31 2025

God calls us unto repentance — a turning away from evils. However, true repentance is more than learning about the evils in us and stopping them externally when the opportunity arises. True repentance which God seeks for us is the repentance of the heart and mind in addition to the external actions. This can only happen when we are privy to the true nature of the evils in our hearts — when we perceive evils as truly evil and good as truly good. This process is called Spiritual Fermentation.

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates how the riches of God made available by Grace can be accessed through faith in our understanding. He shows the process by which sin is removed from our hearts so that we can gain a new understanding compatible with faith in God. Finally, he reveals God's destiny for us to be caught up (raptured) into and live from a higher revelation of wisdom — face to face encounter with the Lord.

In this episode, titled ‘Spiritual Fermentation’, Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches on the process by which evil appears to a man as evil and good as good. He explains that the reason we persist in our evils is because we think of them as good and revel in the happiness we derive from them. We are blinded by the evils and fail to see that true genuine happiness comes from doing good. Thus, the process of spiritual fermentation reveals the actual nature of evil for us to despise and reject it.

As humans, we have the power to reject things we do not like. May this message open your eyes to see your freewill and the might of God to deliver you from evil. May you be strengthened to yield to the process of spiritual fermentation!

  • 01 TSC Jan 25 Kumasi | The Realm of Understanding
    Jan 30 2025

Our desires (hearts) influence how we see (understand) and consequently determine our experiences in life. However, man cannot admit revelation (true light) in his understanding when his evil heart (desire/affection) is not transformed (rid of evils). Thus, such a person is blind (lacks spiritual understanding) and cannot experience all the good things the Lord has made available to him. How do we get to truly believe God concerning His promises so that we can experience them in our lives?

In this series, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates how the riches of God made available by Grace can be accessed through Faith in our understanding. He shows the process by which sin is removed from our hearts, so that we can gain a new understanding, which admits real faith in God. Finally, he reveals that God's desire for us is to be caught up (raptured) into a higher realm of spiritual understanding, and to live from that higher revelation of wisdom.

In this episode, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the two levels of our understanding: the internal and external understanding. He reveals that the internal understanding forms our real understanding, which creates our experiences. He shows how a man can be healed of his blindness so that he can truly believe God in his internal understanding and live life from that capacity. He further explains that how much we are able to believe God in our internal understanding, is a measure of the extent of our hearts’ transformation. Finally, he admonishes us to strive for the revelation of God in our internal understanding, from where we can exercise real power over life’s circumstances.

  • Six Days Shalt Thou Labour
    Jan 26 2025

The Law of the Sabbath is one of the commandments given by the Lord to the people of Israel and remains relevant in the Christian Church today. But what does this law truly mean? Is it simply about setting aside a specific day to rest from work, or does it have a deeper spiritual meaning?

In this message titled "Six Days Shalt Thou Labour," Pastor Jeffrey Walter delves into the scriptural basis for the Sabbath and explains in detail its spiritual meaning. He also expounds the spiritual meaning of “labouring for six days”, highlighting the mindset and devotion that believers should labour with, in order to enter into the Sabbath (their promised inheritance in the Lord). Finally, he emphasizes the surety of God’s promise of help and rest (victory over sin) to those who fight their evils with His Word.

9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.”Hebrews 4:9,11 KJV

Beloved, you must give your all to fight the evils you long to be free from. Without the fight, there can be no victory. Keep labouring on! The Lord will fight for you, and you will surely find rest!

  • 02 Dealing With Fear, Hopelessness And Anxiety
    Jan 19 2025

In Genesis 3 (the Fall of Man), the Bible describes the Garden of Eden with two trees at its center: the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Adam and Eve were instructed by God to eat freely of the tree of life, but not to partake of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We are very much aware of how the story unfolded. What really is the divine mind of God communicated in this account? What does it teach about how man ought to live in relation to who God is?

In Part 2 of this message, “Dealing with Fear, Hopelessness and Anxiety”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter continues to teach on the real source of man's miseries: living from himself. Highlighting on the hidden (spiritual) meaning of the account of the Fall of Man, he shows how God gives man free will, with the hope that man will choose to live from the tree of life. He explains that the tree of life is the will of God, which He desires to be at the center of every man's life. Eating of this tree keeps the man in God's paradise. Conversely, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is the man's own evil desires, which plunge him into anxieties, hopelessness and fears (his own nakedness).

Through this message, the Lord will open your eyes to your current state (what rules you) and your need for Him. You will receive grace to journey with Him to supplant the tree of knowledge of good and evil at the center of your heart with the tree of life.

    Key Scriptures:

Revelation 22:14 KJV Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Genesis 2:9 KJV And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

  • 01 Dealing With Fear, Hopelessness And Anxiety
    Jan 16 2025

On the surface, it is easy to point to external circumstances as the reasons for being unhappy. The lack of money, the feeling of lagging behind in life, relationship issues, etc are often considered as the reasons for fears, hopelessness and anxiety. But are they really? Is there another perspective to this, which actually delivers the promise of peace, no matter the challenges life throws?

In Part 1 of this message, “Dealing with Fear, Hopelessness and Anxiety”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how external problems are not problems in themselves, but rather are a result of deeper internal problems that plague us. He goes on to show the source of these internal problems – sin: what sin really is and how that is actually man's greatest problem. The tree of life as well as the tree of the knowledge of good and evil are explained, and a differentiation is made between the kind of life produced by each of these.

This compelling message will challenge you to look beyond external issues that seem obvious, and expose you to the real internal problem that requires urgent attention. By this, you will have what it takes to find actual solutions and attain peace in the midst of storms.

    Key Scriptures:

    Genesis 3:3-5 KJV

[3] but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. [4] And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: [5] for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

    Isaiah 5:21 KJV

Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

  • 07 EOYSP 24 Kumasi | The Year of Labouring in His Harvest
    Dec 31 2024

Spiritual things complete themselves in external manifestations. Thus, a spiritual substance without an outward manifestation does not exist. In the same vein, righteousness is externalised by our way of life in the body. Jesus emphasized this principle when He declared that, it's only those whose feet are washed by Him (cleansing through our repentant way of life) who have a part with Him. This December 2024 End of Year Special Program presents a series on the Word of God. The importance and nature of the Word of God (scriptures) are explained. Teachings are presented on how doctrine and the scriptures can be understood and confirmed. Pastor Jeffrey Walter emphasizes the necessity of preaching the true gospel (repentance and the remission of sins) while highlighting the proper disposition required of "Fishers of Men", urging us to become laborers in the Lord’s harvest. In this episode, Pastor Jeffrey Walter unveils the theme for 2025: “The Year Of Labouring In His Harvest”. He explains the principle of the “washing of feet” and demonstrates how our salvation is contingent on our way of life through repentance. He emphasises the role of preaching the true gospel (repentance and remission of sins) in washing the feet of one another. He therefore admonishes everyone, whose feet are being washed by the Lord through the true gospel, to give themselves to the washing of the feet of others. This message will empower you to give yourself to labour in His harvest. Note: This message is one of a 7-part series preached during the 2024 CAFAN End of Year Special Program. Kindly listen to all messages in the series for a complete appreciation. Theme passage: John 13:1-15 KJV Key scriptures: John 13:8 KJV Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. John 13:14 KJV If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
