Relatable and Real

I absolutely love this podcast. First its nice to have a dude put things in plain English about life. Its actually very refreshing to see that there are men out there with this perspective and thoughtfulness.
He says things that really make you stop, think and put life into perspective. I recommend this podcast and the book! Both are amazing...or better yet truly a Vibe! 🙂

excellent advice for modern life, esp younger gens

easy to understand yet important lessons of life in a nutshell. great length and depth to listen to in the car or during morning routine. his journals are great buys too.

Spot on! eye opening!

I can't explain how much this helps me and clarifies things. It makes perfect sense. I reflect to past relationships and I can see how this is true and it will help my current relationship where we are in that stage where things are becoming more serious and we are crossing that bridge. Thank you so much for this episode, it has really helped me calm my mind today <3

Very helpful

His voice is soothing and the length of the podcasts are perfect. It gets you thinking but not overthinking because it's straight forward. They are incredibly helpful for where I am at in life and I have shared it with many people.

I wish I had this in my 20s-30s

I've only recently discovered Case Kenny on Instagram. When I saw he had a podcast, I quickly started following and listening to him. His podcast is targeted more towards people in their 20s and 30s; however, as a 42yo I'm still getting quite a lot from it. He's one of the most positive (but not obnoxiously positive) people on the Internet.
