After 20 years in law enforcement as a Hostage Negotiator and over 14 years owning his own company, Scott Harvey has learned a lot about what makes people successful. From supervising officers as their sergeant to teaching thousands of D.A.R.E classes, and speaking professionally to hundreds of thousands of people, Scott has honed his ability to teach these leadership skills to others, and he steps on dozens of stages each year passing on what he has learned. He recently distilled the communication tactics he spent decades honing into a book. Silence Kills released in 2023, and has already sold thousands of copies! Through business coaching, Scott gets the opportunity to sit down, face-to-face, with entrepreneurs and business leaders challenging them to grow their businesses without sacrificing their family or their health. He’s using his experiences and unique style of personalized motivation to help leaders every day — both on and off stage. Scott’s wife of over 27 years and his two grown daughters keep him on his toes, and on his best behavior! They also provide a lot of his content as he is “in the trenches” everyday as a husband, a dad, and an entrepreneur.
