I know how being a multi-passionate empath person can be a lonely experience in our actual society where we literally don’t fully fit into any of the boxes… so, this season is all about letting you know that you’re not alone in this, we’re in this together! I hope you feel at home when listening to these conversations… And the first conversation I’m about to share with you is the one I had with our fellow multi-passionate sister Sarika.

Sarika is the founder of Sarika Group, a niche education consultancy with a mission to help people brighten their faces & spirits through Sake & Face Yoga. Before she became a Sake Yogi, Sarika worked with the United Nations in Asia & Africa on women's empowerment and sustainable urban policy for a decade. Keeping the same focus on gender and sustainability, Sarika now shares her love for Sake and Face Yoga, with special attention to small-scale, sustainable breweries and women brewers.

She has also been recently appointed as Doburoku Ambassador to share the cultural and historic significance of the Origins of Sake. In parallel, Sarika truly enjoys sharing Face Yoga, an all-natural, effective face muscles exercise that brightens the face and spirits
