While I think the book is great for any emerging leader to read, if you are a current Capt and getting ready to promote to Major, I think there are some great perspectives contained in the pages.

Brings me back to the Marine Corps!

I can absolutely recommend this program to anyone wanting to improve their leadership potential. I’m a retired Marine officer and I listen to MIL during my daily commute.

This insightful series of interviews is fascinating and also, in many ways, absolutely humorous, taking me back to my own personal experiences. I’ve actually worked as a staff officer for a couple of the Marine generals interviewed by David and I can’t wait for the next series of episodes.
