Reliable information doesn't promote products
Informative NOT boring and because the information given comes from a doctor it is reliable. She goes over recent myths/trends and describes the facts in lament terms. Very happy Doctor is not trying to sell producr(s). Narrator has a nice English accent.

Very informative
I have conscientiously focused on what I put into my body for the last 5 years due to a recent medical diagnosis. This also made me think about my family history and what I need to do about it. This audible fit into what I am looking for to further make appropriate and long lasting decisions about food. Clearly, food matters. I loved this!

This was the most informative podcast I have ever heard! Actually, the best science based information ever with no agenda other than providing the best science based information on how to take better care of ourselves.

Excellent Information
