Unusual insights into the life journey

I’m so old I’ve gotten tired of listening to the first part of an interview where the guest is asked to tell his story. Fortunately, I got hooked on this one early on and found Justin Caffrey’s story relevant right up to the very end of the podcast. There are many lessons here, but what especially interested me was the importance he placed on the vagus nerve, and then at the end, the risky training he went through in Japan to help him realize he had to save himself and he had to be aware every minute to do that.
