    This week on the Mark Levin Show, Frédéric Bastiat once stated, 'When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.' This is precisely what we are witnessing today. If you stand up against the government for what you see as unconstitutional plunder, Federal Judges tell you that your actions could violate the Constitution or some statute. They assert that the Constitution mandates the appropriation of your tax dollars to subsidize individuals who hate you, or to support other nations. What you are seeing right now is the exposure of this Democrat left-wing power structure that are now under assault by President Trump and Elon Musk. Trump and Musk are challenging the Marxist influence in the U.S., particularly in the economy and government bureaucracy, revealing entrenched corruption. Democrats, along with media, academia, and government unions, are protecting a system that benefits them at the expense of the American public. Despite all the lies and static about “the conservatives” on the present Supreme Court, who are actually originalists doing the job of real jurists, these activists are destroying and intending to destroy the judicial system, using it as a kind of politburo to impose their ideology from the bench. This is the real Constitutional crisis, not President Trump, Elon Musk, and others trying to re-establish separation of powers, representative government, limited central authority, etc. These entities have the temerity to claim Trump is a threat to Constitutional government as they usurp it and him. The truth is, Trump is a threat to them. No judge has the power to run the executive branch, especially when it comes to such basic executive functions as restructuring agencies, personnel matters like severance, temporary holds on spending to conduct reviews, access to agency information to conduct audits, etc. The Democrat Party is actively working to stop efforts by President Trump and Elon Musk to investigate the waste, fraud, and abuse in government. It’s clear the Democrat Party stands for and would not only continue but expand the fraud in government. One must assume they and their groups are benefitting from it.     On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the Department of Justice decided to drop the case against NYC Mayor Eric Adams, leading the left to jump to conclusions and say this was purely political by the Trump administration. This decision is more about the case's inherent weakness rather than politics. The case was frivolous from the beginning. Also, the NTSB suggests that the helicopter crew involved in a collision with a plane near Reagan National Airport might have missed a key instruction from the control tower due to an incomplete radio transmission, particularly not hearing "pass behind the." This, coupled with potential data issues regarding their altitude, indicates that some critical communications were possibly interrupted or unclear, leading to the crew recognizing they were in a perilous situation. Later, a Senator is saying that the U.S. should get out of NATO. NATO was established post-WWII to prevent another global conflict and to counter fascist regimes without deploying massive U.S. forces again. The surest way to ensure another war world is to get out of NATO. Those advocating for withdrawal know nothing about history and military dynamics. They are the anti-American warmongers. Afterward, the left keeps saying that Elon Musk wasn’t elected but neither are the majority of federal government officials. It shares a technological alliance with Israel, particularly in advanced fields like laser weapons. It’s crucial to have close ties with India because they are a strong military-strategic partner. Also, the Democrat Party is actively working to stop efforts by President Trump and Elon Musk to investigate the waste, fraud, and abuse in government. It’s clear the Democrat Party stands for and would not only continue but expand the fraud in government. One must assume they and their groups are benefitting from it. A great legal mind!

I love Mark Levin's Podcast. He has a great knack for explaining complicated legal events and interpreting Constitutional Law.
I find his books harder to read, so I have to listen to them a few times, but his podcast is easier to follow.
I am also an animal lover and enjoy Mark's human side when he shares his adoration for his dogs.

been listening to mark nearly 20 years. I am always sometimes up to a year ahead of the new cycle. Mark has an amazing way of explaining the law, the Constitution and how it applies to things today. you will never be led astray
