  • S2E18 Fellowship: The Four Horns And The Ten Kings
    Oct 31 2024

    Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.

    Psalm 75

    New King James Version

    Thanksgiving for God’s Righteous Judgment

    To the Chief Musician. Set to “Do Not Destroy.” A Psalm of Asaph. A Song.

    1 We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks!

    For Your wondrous works declare that Your name is near.

    2 “When I choose the proper time,

    I will judge uprightly.

    3 The earth and all its inhabitants are dissolved;

    I set up its pillars firmly. Selah

    4 “I said to the boastful, ‘Do not deal boastfully,’

    And to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up the horn.

    5 Do not lift up your horn on high;

    Do not speak with a stiff neck.’ ”

    6 For exaltation comes neither from the east

    Nor from the west nor from the south.

    7 But God is the Judge:

    He puts down one,

    And exalts another.

    8 For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup,

    And the wine is red;

    It is fully mixed, and He pours it out;

    Surely its dregs shall all the wicked of the earth

    Drain and drink down.

    9 But I will declare forever,

    I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

    10 “All the horns of the wicked I will also cut off,

    But the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.”

  • S2E16 Fellowship: Kickoff To The Millennium Kingdom
    Oct 24 2024
    Zechariah 14 New King James Version The Day of the Lord 1 Behold, the day of the Lord is coming,And your spoil will be divided in your midst.2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;The city shall be taken,The houses rifled,And the women ravished.Half of the city shall go into captivity,But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3 Then the Lord will go forthAnd fight against those nations,As He fights in the day of battle.4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,Which faces Jerusalem on the east.And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two,From east to west,Making a very large valley;Half of the mountain shall move toward the northAnd half of it toward the south. 5 Then you shall flee through My mountain valley,For the mountain valley shall reach to Azal.Yes, you shall fleeAs you fled from the earthquakeIn the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Thus the Lord my God will come,And all the saints with You. 6 It shall come to pass in that dayThat there will be no light;The lights will diminish.7 It shall be one dayWhich is known to the Lord—Neither day nor night.But at evening time it shall happenThat it will be light. 8 And in that day it shall beThat living waters shall flow from Jerusalem,Half of them toward the eastern seaAnd half of them toward the western sea;In both summer and winter it shall occur.9 And the Lord shall be King over all the earth.In that day it shall be—“The Lord is one,”And His name one. 10 All the land shall be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be raised up and inhabited in her place from Benjamin’s Gate to the place of the First Gate and the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses. 11 The people shall dwell in it;And no longer shall there be utter destruction,But Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited. 12 And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths. 13 It shall come to pass in that dayThat a great panic from the Lord will be among them.Everyone will seize the hand of his neighbor,And raise his hand against his neighbor’s hand;14 Judah also will fight at Jerusalem.And the wealth of all the surrounding nationsShall be gathered together:Gold, silver, and apparel in great abundance. 15 Such also shall be the plagueOn the horse and the mule,On the camel and the donkey,And on all the cattle that will be in those camps.So shall this plague be. 16 And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 17 And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, on them there will be no rain. 18 If the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in, they shall have no rain; they shall receive the plague with which the Lord strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 20 In that day “HOLINESS TO THE LORD” shall be engraved on the bells of the horses. The pots in the Lord’s house shall be like the bowls before the altar. 21 Yes, every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holiness to the Lord of hosts. Everyone who sacrifices shall come and take them and cook in them. In that day there shall no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the Lord of hosts. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/maranatha-ministries/support

  • S2E15 Fellowship: What Is The Antichrist?
    Oct 22 2024

    In Christian eschatology, Antichrist refers to a kind of person prophesied by the Bible to oppose Jesus Christ and falsely substitute themselves as a savior in Christ's place before the Second Coming. The term Antichrist (including one plural form) is found four times in the New Testament, solely in the First and Second Epistle of John. Antichrist is announced as one "who denies the Father and the Son."

    The similar term pseudokhristos or "false Christ" is also found in the Gospels. In Matthew (chapter 24) and Mark (chapter 13), Jesus alerts his disciples not to be deceived by the false prophets, who will claim themselves to be the Christ, performing "great signs and wonders". Three other images often associated with Antichrist are the "little horn" in Daniel's final vision, the "man of sin" in Paul the Apostle's Second Epistle to the Thessalonians, and the Beast of the Sea in the Book of Revelation.

    Psalm 74

    New King James Version

    A Plea for Relief from Oppressors

    A Contemplation of Asaph.

    1 O God, why have You cast us off forever?
    Why does Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?
    2 Remember Your congregation, which You have purchased of old,
    The tribe of Your inheritance, which You have redeemed—
    This Mount Zion where You have dwelt.
    3 Lift up Your feet to the perpetual desolations.
    The enemy has damaged everything in the sanctuary.
    4 Your enemies roar in the midst of Your meeting place;
    They set up their banners for signs.
    5 They seem like men who lift up
    Axes among the thick trees.
    6 And now they break down its carved work, all at once,
    With axes and hammers.
    7 They have set fire to Your sanctuary;
    They have defiled the dwelling place of Your name to the ground.
    8 They said in their hearts,
    “Let us destroy them altogether.”
    They have burned up all the meeting places of God in the land.

    9 We do not see our signs;
    There is no longer any prophet;
    Nor is there any among us who knows how long.
    10 O God, how long will the adversary reproach?
    Will the enemy blaspheme Your name forever?
    11 Why do You withdraw Your hand, even Your right hand?
    Take it out of Your bosom and destroy them.
    12 For God is my King from of old,
    Working salvation in the midst of the earth.
    13 You divided the sea by Your strength;
    You broke the heads of the sea serpents in the waters.
    14 You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces,
    And gave him as food to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
    15 You broke open the fountain and the flood;
    You dried up mighty rivers.
    16 The day is Yours, the night also is Yours;
    You have prepared the light and the sun.
    17 You have set all the borders of the earth;
    You have made summer and winter.

    18 Remember this, that the enemy has reproached, O Lord,
    And that a foolish people has blasphemed Your name.
    19 Oh, do not deliver the life of Your turtledove to the wild beast!
    Do not forget the life of Your poor forever.
    20 Have respect to the covenant;
    For the dark places of the earth are full of the haunts of cruelty.
    21 Oh, do not let the oppressed return ashamed!
    Let the poor and needy praise Your name.

    22 Arise, O God, plead Your own cause;
    Remember how the foolish man reproaches You daily.
    23 Do not forget the voice of Your enemies;
    The tumult of those who rise up against You increases continually.

  • S2E13 Fellowship: The Three Shepherds
    Oct 15 2024

    Zechariah 11:1-17 (NKJV)

    1 Open your doors, O Lebanon, That fire may devour your cedars. 2 Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen, Because the mighty trees are ruined. Wail, O oaks of Bashan, For the thick forest has come down. 3 There is the sound of wailing shepherds! For their glory is in ruins. There is the sound of roaring lions! For the pride of the Jordan is in ruins. 4 Thus says the LORD my God, “Feed the flock for slaughter, 5 “whose owners slaughter them and feel no guilt; those who sell them say, ‘Blessed be the LORD, for I am rich’; and their shepherds do not pity them. 6 “For I will no longer pity the inhabitants of the land,” says the LORD. “But indeed I will give everyone into his neighbor’s hand and into the hand of his king. They shall attack the land, and I will not deliver them from their hand.” 7 So I fed the flock for slaughter, in particular the poor of the flock. I took for myself two staffs: the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bonds; and I fed the flock. 8 I dismissed the three shepherds in one month. My soul loathed them, and their soul also abhorred me. 9 Then I said, “I will not feed you. Let what is dying die, and what is perishing perish. Let those that are left eat each other’s flesh.” 10 And I took my staff, Beauty, and cut it in two, that I might break the covenant which I had made with all the peoples. 11 So it was broken on that day. Thus the poor of the flock, who were watching me, knew that it was the word of the LORD. 12 Then I said to them, “If it is agreeable to you, give me my wages; and if not, refrain.” So they weighed out for my wages thirty pieces of silver. 13 And the LORD said to me, “Throw it to the potter”--that princely price they set on me. So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them into the house of the LORD for the potter. 14 Then I cut in two my other staff, Bonds, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel. 15 And the LORD said to me, “Next, take for yourself the implements of a foolish shepherd. 16 “For indeed I will raise up a shepherd in the land who will not care for those who are cut off, nor seek the young, nor heal those that are broken, nor feed those that still stand. But he will eat the flesh of the fat and tear their hooves in pieces. 17 “Woe to the worthless shepherd, Who leaves the flock! A sword shall be against his arm And against his right eye; His arm shall completely wither, And his right eye shall be totally blinded.”

    The Enumerated's Signification

    Carrol’s question

    Okay this group in haggai the second chapter verse 23, that are also described as those sealed in Revelation 7, you mentioned that they were in the outer darkness in the last lesson that you gave, so I didn't really understand. Why were they in the outer darkness, and then Martyrs in Revelation in the sixth chapter? So are these two parts of the same group of clergy? This question was my whole reason for coming to this Fellowship.

    Matthew 22:1-14

    The Parable of the Wedding Feast

    1 And Jesus answered and spoke to them again by parables and said: 2 “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, 3 and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding; and they were not willing to come. 4 Again, he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding.” ’ 5 But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his business. 6 And the rest seized his servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. 7 But when the king heard about it, he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 9 Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’ 10 So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests.

    11 “But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. 12 So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

    14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

    Who spoke verse 14 God The Son or God The Father?!?!?

    Revelation 16:15

    “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

    Rev 19:7-9

    7 “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 8 And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. 9 Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”

    The Enumeration

    Revelation 6:9-11

    Fifth Seal: The Cry of the Martyrs

    9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.

    Psalm 73

    New King James Version

    The Tragedy of the Wicked, and the Blessedness of Trust in God

    A Psalm of Asaph.

    1 Truly God is good to Israel,

    To such as are pure in heart.

    2 But as for me, my feet had almost stumbled;

    My steps had nearly slipped.

    3 For I was envious of the boastful,

    When I saw the prosperity of the wicked.

    4 For there are no pangs in their death,

    But their strength is firm.

    5 They are not in trouble as other men,

    Nor are they plagued like other men.

    6 Therefore pride serves as their necklace;

    Violence covers them like a garment.

    7 Their eyes bulge with abundance;

    They have more than heart could wish.

    8 They scoff and speak wickedly concerning oppression;

    They speak loftily.

    9 They set their mouth against the heavens,

    And their tongue walks through the earth.

    10 Therefore his people return here,

    And waters of a full cup are drained by them.

    11 And they say, “How does God know?

    And is there knowledge in the Most High?”

    12 Behold, these are the ungodly,

    Who are always at ease;

    They increase in riches.

    13 Surely I have cleansed my heart in vain,

    And washed my hands in innocence.

    14 For all day long I have been plagued,

    And chastened every morning.

    15 If I had said, “I will speak thus,”

    Behold, I would have been untrue to the generation of Your children.

    16 When I thought how to understand this,

    It was too painful for me—

    17 Until I went into the sanctuary of God;

    Then I understood their end.

    18 Surely You set them in slippery places;

    You cast them down to destruction.

    19 Oh, how they are brought to desolation, as in a moment!

    They are utterly consumed with terrors.

    20 As a dream when one awakes,

    So, Lord, when You awake,

    You shall despise their image.

    21 Thus my heart was grieved,

    And I was vexed in my mind.

    22 I was so foolish and ignorant;

    I was like a beast before You.

    23 Nevertheless I am continually with You;

    You hold me by my right hand.

    24 You will guide me with Your counsel,

    And afterward receive me to glory.

    25 Whom have I in heaven but You?

    And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.

    26 My flesh and my heart fail;

    But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

    27 For indeed, those who are far from You shall perish;

    You have destroyed all those who desert You for harlotry.

    28 But it is good for me to draw near to God;

    I have put my trust in the Lord God,

    That I may declare all Your works
