Harry Parwani tells his remarkable life story, leading up to  his 'Kraków Story'; opening Vegan AF Ramen restaurant,  operating food trucks, then using his resources and experience to feed refugees and displaced people when the war in Ukraine broke out.

Harry, a former refugee having fled Afghanistan when the Russians invaded, eloquently  talks of entrepreneurship, travel, life experiences, charity and more.

Złote Serce is a brand new Ukrainian restaurant in Zabłocie, Kraków, but with a difference.  The restaurant is run as a not for profit charity to employ, empower and, of course, feed refugees from Ukraine, providing them with employment, cooking hearty Ukrainian dishes as they once did at home.

The restaurant is open to anyone, however, as a charity, they also offer the opportunity to purchase a 25zł meal voucher for a refugee.  These vouchers are distributed to refugees across Kraków, allowing them a taste of home, a  delicious meal, in a normal restaurant setting rather than at a refugee support centre.

Veena and Didi discuss Malaysian cuisine, and the culture behind it, having recently introduced Indo-Malay food to Kraków

Veena and Didi discovered each other recently, by accident, as members of Kraków's small Malaysian community. They also share a passion for Malaysian food and culture. 

Both are chef's, Didi has opened Batik restaurant in Kazimierz, whilst Veena is a personal chef who does 'Craze Asia' pop up dining events, where she shares food, based on her very exotic and mixed Asian roots.

Juan Sarabia, originally from Monterrey, Mexico,  has been living in Kraków for almost 20 years.

He describes himself as 'an industrial engineer gone rogue' - though we think 'Juan the music man', is more apt.
