A cold front passes the Northeast and Mid Atlantic Tuesday with some showers. A stronger system spreads rain across the South Wednesday into Thursday and then rain moves into the Ohio Valley and Northeast. Some snow is possible in Upstate NY and interior New England. The west sees areas of heavy rain and snow diminish some as we move through the week. A much colder weather pattern east of the Rockies is set to arrive over the weekend and in the long range.
