"Cyanide Mohan – Death in a White Pill"

A schoolteacher by day, a remorseless serial killer by night—Mohan Kumar, better known as Cyanide Mohan, carried out one of the most horrifying killing sprees in India’s history. For nearly a decade, he lured desperate young women with false promises of marriage, only to murder them in cold blood using cyanide-laced pills.

Operating in Karnataka between 2003 and 2009, Mohan meticulously targeted vulnerable women from lower economic backgrounds, tricking them into swallowing what they believed was a contraceptive pill—but within minutes, they were convulsing in agony, foaming at the mouth, and dying alone in bus stands, cheap hotels, and public toilets. Over 20 women fell victim to his cruelty before he was finally caught.

This episode reconstructs the chilling anatomy of his crimes—from his calculated selection of victims and his manipulative techniques to the shocking police investigation that finally led to his capture. We dive into actual police reports, survivor accounts, and court records to expose the full extent of his psychopathic methods and total lack of remorse.

A killer hiding in plain sight, a trail of forgotten victims, and a crime so methodical that it went unnoticed for years—this is the true story of Cyanide Mohan.
