  • Steve Farrell is the co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity’s Team, a global nonprofit based in Boulder, Colorado, advancing the understanding of our deep interconnection. Previously, he led two successful technology firms in Silicon Valley, both recognized in the INC 500 list. Inspired by Neale Donald Walsch’s vision, Steve shifted from his corporate career to co-found Humanity’s Team in 2003. Under his leadership, the organization has grown to nearly 700,000 supporters across 150 countries, working to establish conscious living as a global norm by 2040. Steve is the author of "A New Universal Dream" and a contributor to the Gold Nautilus Award-winning "Our Moment of Choice." He is also a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and resides in Boulder, Colorado.
