Are we in the adolescence of our evolution? We have so much amazing technology, but are we just teenagers ,acting out with little direction? This is a hot topic for a lot of my clients. Inner space. This weeks episode is all about meditation. How I stumbled upon it and the effect it had on my life. People are reaching for a better way of being. People are searching for meaning. Perhaps this is the next step in our evolution.
