    Beer Cheese Dip with Barbecued Smoked Duck Breast

    Ingredients

    Beer Cheese Dip:

    •1 cup each sharp cheddar and mozzarella, shredded

    •1 cup cream cheese, softened

    •1 cup beer (Lager or Pale Ale)

    •2 tbsp Dijon mustard

    •1 tsp each garlic and onion powder

    •½ tsp smoked paprika

    •Salt and pepper to taste

    Barbecued Smoked Duck Breast:

    •2 smoked duck breasts, chopped

    •¼ cup barbecue sauce

    •1 tbsp Lane’s BBQ Chili Lime Rub (optional)

    For Serving:

    •Soft pretzels

    •Chopped chives/parsley (optional)

    Instructions

    1.Prepare Duck:

    Toss chopped duck with barbecue sauce and optional rub. Set aside.

    2.Make Dip:

    In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, beer, mustard, and spices. Stir until smooth. Gradually add shredded cheeses, stirring until creamy. Adjust with beer if needed; season to taste.

    3.Combine:

    Fold in duck and heat through.

    4.Serve:

    Garnish with chives/parsley. Serve warm with pretzels.

    Tips

    Keep Warm: Use a slow cooker.

    Cheese Variations: Try Gruyere, Pepper Jack, etc.

    Spice It Up: Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce.

    Dippers: Pair with chips, veggies, or bread.



    Lane’s Chili Lime Barbecue Popcorn

    Ingredients

    •1 bag kettle corn

    •2 tbsp salted butter

    •1 ½ tbsp Lane’s BBQ Chili Lime Rub

    Instructions

    1.Pop Popcorn: Microwave kettle corn as directed.

    2.Melt Butter: Microwave butter until smooth.

    3.Mix: Stir rub into butter.

    4.Coat: Toss popcorn with butter mixture in a large bowl.

    5.Serve: Enjoy immediately.

    Tips

    Extra Flavor: Sprinkle rub after tossing.

    Storage: Airtight container for up to a day.

    Variations: Experiment with other spice rubs.
