this was so well done, perfect balance of personal stories, factual information, and clear situational analysis.
There were a few glaring mistakes that I wish had been addressed for remediation in terms of cost guard procedures- lack of communication, planning, situational awareness, and procedures. I got really mad Nonetheless, not a job I could do. So, kudos
