This is the straight dope!

Elizabeth Warren persists in telling it like it is. The corruption is rampant. One omission about the pharmaceutical companies and drug prices. The drugs these companies are making billions of dollars on were developed by academic researchers on grant money from NIH (the federal government by way of the taxpayers). The pharmaceutical companies don't even shoulder the cost of developing the drugs -- we the people do! So much corruption!

Now what?

It’s the day after the election. I am devastated. I know this will pass and I’ll soon feel motivated to “resist”. Would love a podcast on suggested groups/organizations to join. The horror hasn’t started yet, but I want to be ready. Thank you for all you do. This is a very hard thing.
