So captivating and clear!!
I loved how there is a distinct difference between characters and how animated the narrator is! I can understand each individual word as I listen.

This is THE version!!!!!
Thank you so much for making this available!!! I have no idea why Audible is only giving us the full cast recording, and not the vastly superior George Guidall reading. The best narrator paired with one of the best sci-fi classics of all time. I would buy this outright if I could. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

good character voices
wish it had notated chapters. it can get hard to remember where I left off if something happens but over all rlgreat performance!

The perfect unabridged version of Dune!
I could listen to George Guidall read a dictionary let alone Dune. A true master orator. Thanks for uploading. The other current options are a full cast of readers which isn't enjoyable for me at all.

Superior Listening
When I went to find a Dune audiobook to listen to at first I could only find a Full Cast narrated version. I, personally, find it distracting & unpleasant to listen to a Full Cast narrated book so I was extremely happy to find this listing. It was a bonus that George Guidall is already one of my favorite narrators.
So THANK YOU for uploading this version. I have loved it.

This is Dune
This narration is the real Dune audio experience, and being uploaded here as a podcast is a nice surprise. A lot smoother going and easier to follow than the numerous narrator version. However around the hour mark there is a bit of missing dialogue, be aware of that.

the "complete" audiobook is "incomplete".
There is missing content. I first found/noticed cut content around the first hour mark when the Baron Vladimir and the mentat Piter are talking about their conspiring plans for Duke Leto and his House; their conversation goes silent mid-sentence and the next narration about 6 seconds later is the Princess's at the start of the next chapter. There may be more missed content, but I have not listened further so that I can enjoy a truly complete audiobook.
