Developing Healthy Relationships

  • Summary

  • Everyone wants a happy, peaceful and fulfilling life, but few people know how to achieve that. Whether we're talking about friendships, family relations, romance, professional or social community interaction, let's be honest: most people are not honest, peaceful and loving. Their relationships rarely last long, and if they do, they're often fraught with drama and conflict of various kinds. Because of this fact, most people don't feel safe interacting with others. Social anxiety and drama are rampant. People are so unhappy with their lives, that suicide is at an all-time high. So, what can we do about these things? Can we change this common problem? We talk about "world peace" commonly in our society, but no one Seems to know how to realistically achieve that. Is there hope? Yes, there is! In order to solve a problem, you first have to understand what created the problem, what in scientific study we call "The Root Cause". Then, based on that understanding of what created the problem: you have to Learn How to change the situation in order to Solve the problem. Then, you have to take action, whether individually or collectively, to make that change happen. What's the number one source of unhappiness and stress in most people's lives? It's their relationships. Work can be stressful, society can be falling apart, but as long as we have a happy home and social life, we can maintain a core feeling of happiness and fulfillment. However, if our relationships are stressful, we have no safe, happy foundation to our lives, and most people are miserable because of it. If they enjoy their work, they avoid going home, and even sleep at work. No one wants to be around someone who is miserable. Even when people get together and complain to each other about their misery, they do so because they get some positive emotional experience out of it, like sympathy or even simply attention. It's time to stop complaining, avoiding, and living in misery. Become a happy, healthy, enjoyable person and find others who are as well! It's time to learn how to start Developing Healthy Relationships! This podcast is the result of 4 people's success learning to create sustainably healthier, happier, more ideal relationships and lives, and sharing their success secrets with you! They have started creating classes together to help others achieve such success, in partnership with The Quantum Empowerment Institute™: a private not-for-profit healing and transformation university. This university is at the heart of an international alliance and movement for healthy & sustainable world change. We really can change the world, and you can be a part of it! People talk about "being the change we want to see in the world", but in order to do that, we have to un-learn all the bad thinking and other habits we learned as children, including creating unhealthy relationships, and create better lives. Once we do, then we can share that success with others. It all starts with personal healing and transformation. You can heal and transform your life, and then you can confidently share with others how you did it. It's really that simple. Even if we start with a small group, if everyone in the group brings one other person, and teachers that person to do the same, the numbers keep growing exponentially! It really is achievable, and this is your invitation. Join us in healing and transforming ourselves and helping others do the same as well. Join us in Developing Healthy Relationships and happier lives! Welcome to the Developing Healthy Relationships podcast, a series which just might change your life!

  • Episode 6: An Achievable Universal Peace Framework - Introduction and Preview
    Jan 24 2025
World Peace IS achievable! Here's how! Preface: We have completed enough of our curriculum to launch the classes & courses we have been developing for over a decade! This is an introductory preview of what we will be covering in much more detail in the coming months. We will still continue to edit and finish posting Season 1 of the podcast, which primarily covered Ethical Non-Monogamous relationships: resolving both ENM relationship and broader ethical community relationship and group standards, including leadership issues. However, even before that is finished (we will title the podcast episodes accordingly to make the distinction clear), we will be moving forward with universal healthy relationship development discussions and begin launching classes accordingly. This will be both broad and deep, likely the deepest "deep dive" into healthy relationship development you have ever encountered. We have been in the relationship development space for decades and never seen this level of depth, which is why we created it: because we see the desperate need for it, and have been asked to fill that need with proven success principles, tools and techniques. We are combining both ancient and modern wisdom to bring you the most thorough and empowering system for developing healthy relationships possible at this time, as part of our broader healing and life transformation curriculum here at The Quantum Empowerment Institute. Join us in creating a healthier, more fulfilling life, and a healthier, safer, and more peaceful world by learning How to "be the change you wish to see in the world". Stay tuned, there is so much more to come, and it might just blow your mind. ;)

  • Episode 5: Understanding Attraction and What Makes Relationships Successful
    Dec 21 2024
This started out as a quick, casual discussion of "Sexy as a Personal Experience" by Darian Phoenix, and turned into a philosophical and therapeutic discussion of Understanding Attraction and What Makes Relationships Successful. This is a culmination & communication of decades of work as a counselor and therapist distilled into a little over half-an-hour. We're actually considering making this a class/workshop, complete with self-exploration exercises.
