today’s love note is about healing from a “broken” heart, whether someone broke it, or you broke your own; how we meet our “broken” hearts and parts; how we meet our grief and are present in our seasons.

It’s normal to grieve for the life that you once had, the “what if’s” and the comfort of relationships and routines you walked away from. This grief isn’t an indication that you made the wrong choice; it’s part of the process of letting go and honoring with those times meant to you.

If you find yourself wavering, meet the grief with presence and gratitude; redefine what grief means.
