  • Season 2 Episode 3: Discussing KATHRYN, Quarry Hall Book 3
    Mar 3 2025

Join Tamera Lynn Kraft and Jerah Alverado as they chat with Michelle L. Levigne about the next re-released Quarry Hall adventure, KATHRYN.

This women's fiction, adventure series, focuses on the mobile representatives of the Arc Foundation, a philanthropical organization that looks for the people who have fallen between the cracks. They investigate before they invest, and often that leads into danger and mystery. The daughters of Quarry Hall rely on their companion guard dogs, self-defense training, and prayer to get them through sticky situations.

Kathryn's time of retreat and reflection is interrupted to help an amnesiac fugitive escape compromised authorities to reach safety. When illness requires rest stops, and the mountains interfere with cell phone reception, she finds her faith tested, and her kind spirit strained to the breaking point by the attitude of the "damsel in distress."

  • Season 2 Episode 2: Discussing Mary the Missionary with Yvonne Morgan
    Feb 24 2025

Join us for a fun chat with author Yvonne Morgan about her new children's book, Mary the Missionary.

Mary is a little girl whose world expands with an adventure to the mission field, where she learns about other cultures and makes friends and learns how much alike we all are, despite our differences.

We had a great time discussing the genesis of the story idea, how she found and worked with her fabulous illustrator, her background in writing, and plans for future books along the same lines ... but different, of course!

  • Season 2, Episode 1: Discussing The Aftermath, Ladies Of Oberlin Book 3, with Tamera Lynn Kraft
    Feb 3 2025

Welcome to a new year, and a new book.
Today, co-owner and executive editor Tamera Lynn Kraft is in the hot seat, talking about her newest release, THE AFTERMATH, the third and final (and long-awaited) book in her Ladies of Oberlin historical series.
    The first two books are:
RED SKY OVER AMERICA, leading up to the Civil War, and dealing with issues of slavery and social reform at that time in our country's history.
LOST IN THE STORM, taking place during the war, where a woman journalist struggles to prove herself by obtaining an interview with a military hero who is trying to avoid the spotlight and hide his secret shame.
Now THE AFTERMATH takes place several years after the war, and deals with issues of temperance, alcoholism, PTSD, the abuse of women and children, and confidence and self-image, for those physically damaged by the war.

Join managing editor Michelle Levigne and marketing director Jerah Alvarado as they and Tamera chat about the stories behind the story.
