Despite these conflicting accounts, the lawsuit against Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled. Subsequently, Jay-Z filed a defamation lawsuit against Jane Doe and her attorneys, asserting that the false accusations have caused him significant personal and financial harm.
