  • I have tried a lot of things throughout my healing journey to help maintain a healthy appearance, feel better, think better, and get more things done.

    The 5 food groups that I avoid and look the way I do with minimal effort:

    1. Industrial Seed Oils (Anything except Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, and Animal fats - Ghee, Lard, Bacon Fat)

    2. American Pasteurized Diary - raw dairy is fine

    3. Alcohol - other than the small amounts in Kombucha

    4. Refined Sugars - I eat fruit, I just don't eat unspecified "sugars" because there is no way to know: A. how did they refine the sugar B. What plant it came from

    5. Gluten and American Hybridized wheat
