    Darlene Marshall is a wellness coach and wellbeing expert who got her start in fitness in 2011. She's helped hundreds of clients and thousands of students build authenticity, fulfillment, and a wellbeing lifestyle. In 2021 BurnAlong named Darlene "America's Favorite Trainer" and earlier this year she was named one of the Top 24 Coaches Having an Impact in 2024 by Coach360News. Darlene has a Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Teaching Assistant to Dr Martin Seligman and is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University. She is a regular contributor to certification courses with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
