    Jan 29 2025

Our struggles with intimacy often root back to the childhood boundaries set—or not set—by our parents.

In this raw & revealing, Paul recounts his fight with addiction & depression - the hard choices about medication and survival, and his courageous decision to cut ties with toxic family relationships for his mental well-being. He sheds light on the power of human connections in replacing addictive behaviors and provides invaluable advice on navigating the murky waters of relationships post-recovery.

A Must Listen

I stumbled across this podcast while looking for something completely different. I have to say, it was fate or a godsend. Andrea not only has introduced me to myself (an Adult Child), but she does it in a way that makes you laugh at yourself and not feel talked down to. I love every episode and am now on my way to learning more about being an Adult Child of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional families.
