Real World Experience
You can tell Fred and John have walked the walk of account management. This is great knowledge for anyone who deals with customers in a B2B way. I often wonder should I do X or Y and they teach you how to make decisions on your own rather than just tell you what to do.
Their zany banter is also very entertaining and shows that being human is part of the process of client success/account management.
If you don't think spending $50 to get a couple of classes a month from these guys would be worth it, you should go back to answering calls on the customer support line.
