Abdul Carter is one of the top options for the Tennessee Titans in the NFL Draft, but things got more complicated at the NFL Combine when it was announced that Carter had an issue with his foot. Finally, one of the top options for the Titans in free agency was Trey Smith, but after being tagged by the Kansas City Chiefs, he is off the board.
